Simply download our ‘Eli’s Restaurant Group’ app to your smartphone and register on your phone. Eat and drink then connect to your check. Each dollar you spend at any of our Eli’s locations earns you 1 point. Use those points to redeem our awesome, ever-changing rewards.
Open up the app, click login, then click register. You will be required to fill out a few fields and then you will be all set up for the rewards program.
Yes. Your point total will include points earned at any restaurant. Those points can then be earned to claim rewards at any of our restaurants, not just the restaurant where you earned the points.
Ask your server or bartender for a copy of the check. Open up the Eli’s app and click on the location where you are dining. Click the image of the check in the top right hand corner. Select the date of the check and the check number then click to connect to the check. Once the check has been closed out the points will automatically be added to your point total. Points are only earned based off of the subtotal amount. Tax and gratuity are not eligible for rewards points.
Either join a check of go to the rewards tab and choose from the list of rewards. Each reward will tell you how many points it costs and if you are able to redeem the reward. When redeeming rewards dollars, if you are connected to your check, your rewards dollars will automatically be deducted from your check subtotal. Otherwise, and for any other reward, you will be prompted to enter a code  and then accept. Once this has been done simply show your screen to your server or bartender and they will take care of the rest.
Gift cards are a physical card that can be purchased at any Eli’s location. These are then used like a debit card and hold a dollar balance until all money on the gift card has been spent. Rewards dollars are purchased with points and are applied directly to one particular check at the time when the reward dollars are claimed.
At this time, if the subtotal on the check is less than $25 and a $25 reward is claimed on that check the remain rewards dollars will be lost.
It is not possible to join the rewards program with an android or iphone capable of downloading our app. The rewards program is built through our Eli’s Restaurant Group app and there are no card based alternatives.
Points will expire after 12 month period of complete account inactivity. If points are neither earned nor spent or if there are no visits to any locations only then will the points expire. So long as the account is used within a 12 month period points will not expire even if they are not used.
Points can be claimed within a 48 hour period of the transaction day. After that period of time has passed, unfortunately the points can no longer be claimed.
Points are non-transferable. All points earned on one account must be also be used on that one account.
When a check is split two different checks (two different check numbers) are created. Multiple people can claim one check however the points will be divided among the people so that it equals the total number of points. Each person would not earn the entire subtotal.
Points cannot be used to cover gratuity or tax. Points are earned based on the subtotal (pre tax and tip amount) and rewards dollars only apply to subtotal amounts.
Our rewards program does not apply to catering orders and banquets at this time.
To register we need your name, email, and phone number. You will not be added to an email list unless you choose to do so, and we will only send push notifications to your smartphone only if you allow for them.
